As the former manager of a local  Diner I fell in love with the people who came to dine  with us.  Families, young and old had their stories to tell about the times they spent in that historical landmark location.

Time  changes all things and I found a need to supply this area with fresh, delicious food that you'll want to tell all your friends and family all about!

For the longest time I have put my heart, soul and knowledge into trying to make  someone else successful.  And for the longest time my vision did not resemble theirs.  I have spent 14+ years listening to the heartbeat the people of Northeast Ohio and I decided to take what I have learned and create The  Hot  Grillz Diner.  I hope you enjoy the amazing talents of the people I've brought together to serve you!
